In January 2026, our team traveled to Nevis on a medical mission trip where we had the privilege of serving more than 800 patients and providing successful lung cancer screenings within the community. We are grateful for the opportunity to extend compassionate care, share our expertise, and make a meaningful impact beyond our local community.
A Mission For Health
At DC Pulmonary Medicine, we believe that quality sleep is essential for a healthy life. As part of our commitment to global healthcare, we are expanding our mission beyond Douglasville, GA, to bring sleep education, resources, and life-changing equipment to the island of Nevis.
Why Nevis?
Many individuals in Nevis struggle with sleep apnea and other sleep disorders without access to proper diagnosis, treatment, or essential equipment. Our goal is to bridge this gap by providing:
✔ Sleep education to raise awareness about sleep health
✔ Access to CPAP and other essential equipment for those in need
✔ Telehealth consultations for convenient, expert sleep care
✔ Ongoing support to improve long-term health outcomes
Through this initiative, we are dedicated to making better sleep accessible to everyone, ensuring that patients in Nevis receive the care they deserve—no matter where they are.
